Demon Duck Hunt

Scan the screen with your scope to hunt down demon possessed ducks in this small and simple yet challenging point-and-click shooter. Detect the demon ducks. Find and shoot them all before time runs out.

I wanted to experiment with stretching a very simple game mechanic.

HOW TO PLAY:

• Use your mouse to move the hunting scope
• Click to shoot
• Scope out a duck to detect if it is a demon duck
• Demon ducks have darkened eyes and an unnatural sounding quack
• Kill all demon ducks before time runs out

(recommended to play with SOUND ON)

This game was made in a week for the Alphabet Superset, a creativity challenge about making a new creative piece each week, based on letters of the alphabet.
D is for 'duck'.

Personal comment: This was my second week learning Godot and my second game made in the engine. Still keeping things very simple to facilitate my learning. I'm very happy with how the scope visuals turned.
