Steal the gem enough times and you'll escape the temple's time loop.
A precision platformer (with an element of 'rage-game') about repeating an increasingly difficult level full of randomly added booby-traps and obstacles.

This game contains a strong degree of RNG. Naturally, some obstacle combinations will be a lot more challenging than other. Runs can be short, so I encourage you to replay and possibly increase the difficulty on the main menu (increasing the amount of loops will lead to more obstacles and a more difficult run).
All obstacles are hand-placed and then chosen from a large pool to create the sequence - you're unlikely to come across an unwinnable level, but they might appear that way at first.

I wanted to make a simple platformer with a simple and easily read-able colour palette - but I also found myself inspired by the procedural generation and replayability of roguelikes.
I put effort into making sure I have a fleshed out seed system, so you could put in any seed and will always be fed the same sequence of challenges (so you could challenge your friends to a speed-run if you wanted).

HOW TO PLAY:
Pretty much standard platformer controls.
Run: A/D or Left/Right
Jump : Space, W or Up
Controllers are supported. Left stick and A (xbox) is all you need.


This game was made for the Alphabet Superset, a creativity challenge about making a new creative piece for each letter of the alphabet.
O is for 'Obstacle' - a little on-the-nose for this one, but I really hard my heart set on making a platformer :)
