Among Bad Apples

This is a casual little arcade time-killer about picking apples and fighting an eldritch demon. Intentionally minimalist game-play, simple controls, an abstract soundtrack.
How to play:

• Mouse only. 
• Tap apples to drop them from the tree and try land them into the basket. 
• Drag and release on apples to sling-shot them in a direction.

This game was made in a week for the Alphabet Superset, a creativity challenge about making a new creative piece each week, based on letters of the alphabet.
A is for 'apple'.
Fun fact: The sling-shot mechanic got thrown in on the last day of development. I'd been thinking about the idea for a while but up until then the game only had tap to drop. I'm stoked with how the sling-shot worked out and I think it adds a lot.
